Nope! As long as your laundry is left in the agreed-upon spot, you don’t need to be home.

That’s totally okay - most people don’t! A good rule of thumb is that one standard white trash bag filled with laundry is about 20 lbs (give or take). If you’re still unsure, don’t stress - we’ll weigh it and take care of the rest.

We weigh everything after it’s washed and dried. This ensures the weight is accurate, especially if there are wet towels, heavily soiled items, or other variations.
